Everybody tells us to be positive or stay positive. Is it the correct way to succeed in life? Because life isn't all bout positivity and life throws us into a lot of negativity. How to deal with negativity (my way): Over the years I have used a trick . Maybe some of you already do it. Whenever I am faced with a situation which has an outcome I am not that sure of, I always think of the worst outcome first. I digest that thought. Then I think of how I will react to it and slowly I also come up with a solution. How it works: It's simple. Now I am mentally fully prepared for the worst case scenario and I go tackle it with also a lot of hope. So whatever the outcome is I am not afraid of it. I am mentally, emotionally and physically ready.
