In our present lives, our minds are exposed to a number of things. The constant changing technology, our own thoughts about our past and future, too much stimuli, too much responsibility, too much hurrying. Our minds keep wandering and we forget to focus on the present, the life that we are living now. And we are never happy or content. We need to change this mindset and start living in the moment. And here are some practical tips which when implemented into our lives, it will change us. I am not an expert but ever since I have started to change my thoughts, I feel good. I am more stress free.
