How to get your life organized with a little bit of planning

Have you ever had the feeling at the end of the day, that you didn't get much done or you did too much work, that you are too tired to do things that you enjoy like reading, working out or watching ur favorite show.


If the answer is no, then it's high time you started planning and organizing your life.
          

How do you do it?

It's simple. All you need is an empty book and a pen or pencil (nothing fancy is necessary). And start writing all the things you need to get done. It could be planning for the next day or planning for the whole week.
  • Write down your daily routine
  • Plan your meals ahead
  • Divide your chores like cleaning, laundry and ironing for specific days
  • Do declutter of one room per day
  • Write important events like a wedding or a meeting or doctors appointments.
And I also suggest to get a diary or a notebook where you can dump your thoughts, emotions, feelings and maybe a gratitude journal where you can write down the things you are grateful for everyday.

Once you get into this habit, life becomes so much easier and enjoyable and you have full control of your life. And remember start slowly!!
