Imagine if we all were asked to carry a bag of tomatoes with the name of all the people we despised or hate on each tomato. How many days would u keep carrying it? A week probably, but after that you will throw it away because of it's smell, Right? If our clothes are dirty we don't wear it out like that, we change it or get it cleaned. Wouldn't you get rid of a rotten egg no matter how much it costs? Then why do we keep our hearts full of hatred and we don't think of cleaning it. Just like that egg , we have been carrying that filthy stinking hatred in our hearts and going everywhere. Just because nobody can smell it! Our filthy hearts makes our actions bad too. Here's what I know from my experience of using one A vision board is a plain board on which you put down the things or goals or achievements physically on a white board. It could be a picture, a quote, a drawing whatever you want. Now I am talking about a digital vision board. Its very easy to make all u need are some free images or quotes (you can download from the web from free sites or you could use your own). I downloaded mine and made them on a collage maker app like Photo Grid or anyone which suits you. How does it help?  Being a mom is the most beautiful experience. There is no more joy in this world than seeing your baby. But after the beautiful part comes the part where we are judged for our postpartum bodies,especially the belly. So here I am sharing my story of how I overcame those who shamed me for my postpartum body. In the monthly visit to the doctor, I had to put on weight at least 2 3 kilos every month. So by the time I get ready for delivery I have gained around 12 kilos. And after delivery we have this resting stage for 40 days where we are supposed to only eat and lie in bed. That's the worst part for me. So again I gained around 5 kilos more. So from 55 kilos to around 72 kilos. Then all of a sudden after 40 days of eating and my belly tied tightly with a belt to flatten the belly as they say, some aunt or relative might visit and to just say touching your belly,'you haven't lost your pooch. 😏or you have a pooch' Like how the hell will the belly go in 40...

Everybody tells us to be positive or stay positive. Is it the correct way to succeed in life? Because life isn't all bout positivity and life throws us into a lot of negativity. How to deal with negativity (my way): Over the years I have used a trick . Maybe some of you already do it. Whenever I am faced with a situation which has an outcome I am not that sure of, I always think of the worst outcome first. I digest that thought. Then I think of how I will react to it and slowly I also come up with a solution. How it works: It's simple. Now I am mentally fully prepared for the worst case scenario and I go tackle it with also a lot of hope. So whatever the outcome is I am not afraid of it. I am mentally, emotionally and physically ready.
