To be a better human you have to be better everyday, here are 10 easy tips to start doing now

Who doesn't want to be and feel better. We all do. So here are 10 things you should do everyday. And you might be already doing them without knowing it's benefits. So let's start

1. Drinking water

The moment you wake up every morning, the first thing you should do is drink a glass of water. Our body is dehydrated after  hours of sleep. And to make our body function well we should first begin with water. And if you were a science student you know that 60% of human body is water. So water fires up your metabolism, hydrates you (good for your complexion as well) and it's a fuel for your brain.

  2.Make your bed

So why is this important you ask because  you don't know there is a book on this topic. Yes, seriously that's how important it is. It sets your mood and tone for the rest of the day. It's the first task you accomplish and the rest of the tasks will follow. Your room feels and looks tidy . You will feel productive already. And you won't feel like going back to bed once you make it✌


  3.Dental care


 We don't realize how important brushing our teeth is because this is a habit we mastered as kids. So brushing and flossing not only keeps our mouth clean it also prevents other illnesses in the long run. And most of all it prevents us the dreadful visit to our dentist mostly because of the dreadful pain😷 So brush and floss everyday.

  4.Workouts

I don't think there is a need to explain why workout is important. We all know it but we still don't do it. But it's better if we can prevent a disease as the age old proverb says " Prevention is better than cure". It could be done in any form jogging, yoga, going to a gym or following a YouTube workout video. The options are endless. So do it everyday and the only regret you have will be not doing it.

5. Meditation

We live in a busy world especially with all the technology that our minds are wandering. So meditation or some kind of prayer is needed to focus our minds on one thing only. You can always start slowly. Start with one minute a day. And do it everyday. Concentrate on your breathing only and slowly you can increase your meditation time. Believe me its worth it✌


6. Controlling social media use

Phones were built to make our lives easier and we should be controlling them. But now its the other way round, we are being controlled by our mobiles especially our social media accounts. I am not saying to stop using it. But limit your usage. At least don't use it the moment you wake up and before going to bed. Turn off notifications for sometimes during the day.

7. Declutter

This is another form of meditation and relaxation. Simple things like folding your laundry, making your bed, cleaning your room, your desktop, your kitchen counter, all of it have a great relaxing effect on your brain. When your surrounding is clean and clear your mind is clear. You think clearly and you feel inspired and motivated. And as a result more productive outcomes.

8. Listening to motivational speech

Starting your day with a good vibe is very important. And you can do it by listening to a podcast and motivational speakers or it could be a YouTube motivation video. It motivates you for the day ahead. Do it everyday


9. Eating healthy

Just as exercise and drinking water, eating good food is crucial too. Try to avoid unprocessed foods. Make it a habit to eat healthy everyday. It also can save a lot of money in the present and also for the future. Invest in your health today and everyday.

10.Organizing

Starting your day planning the to do's, tasks and daily routines makes everything in your control. You feel in control of your life and you will be more productive everyday.
